How secure is my data?
Your data is stored in our EU datacenter with enterprise-grade security, full encryption, and GDPR compliance. We run antivirus scanning on all uploaded files. Only you have access to your files.
Can I access my files from mobile devices?
Yes, Nextcloud apps are available for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Your files sync automatically across all devices with end-to-end encryption.
What is Nextcloud Office?
Nextcloud Office is powered by Collabora Online with a built-in CODE Server. It lets you create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly in your browser, with real-time collaboration features.
Can I share files with external users?
Yes, you can share files and folders via secure links. Set passwords, expiration dates, and download limits on shared links. External users don't need a Nextcloud account to access shared files.
How is my data protected?
Your data is stored on our multi-node Ceph cluster with 2/3 replication for high availability. We also provide 30-day file retention after deletion, so you can recover accidentally deleted files. No additional backups are included - for critical data, we recommend keeping your own off-site copies.
Can I upgrade my storage later?
Yes, you can upgrade your storage plan at any time from your client area. Your data remains intact during the upgrade.
